I thought that city rover cars from rover were really rubbish then why is it that i see lots and lots of city rover cars in UK now days. WHY? and are they any good because i heard that they sell them in some other countries as well e.g. in south africa, parts of europe, india etc. And are they really cars which are made by rover or are they made by someone else. Would you please tell me if city rover is worth buying or not. I think this way because i am seeing city rover cars everywhere i go now days especially in london.

A commercial vehicle (high sided transit) with big ladders parks infront of my house every day and all weekend. The owner lives down the road and obviously doesn't want this eyesore outside of his own property. I haven't contacted the owner or company in question yet but was wondering where I stand legally before I make the first 'friendly' approach.

I like to know more about GPS for cars. I am looking to get one, wondering if I can get a relatively good one for SGD$200 and below? One that tells you where to turn and so on (with voice directions). Where can I get them and do I have to subscribe to GPS to be able to use the GPS equipment in my car? Would be good if you can tell me everything I need to know about using GPS in Singapore. Thanks :)

How much does it cost for getting a ticket for "driving in the left lane too long" cost?

I was driving on the highway the other day and a cop pulled me over for "driving in the left lane for too long". She said that I wasn't speeding but that I had been in the left lane for a long period of time. She said she wasn't quite sure how much it would cost but that I could call within a week. I wanted to know if any of you had gotten this kind of ticket and how much you had to pay if you didn't speed, just so I can get a general idea of how much I will owe...Good answers please!

Is there any difference between diesel sold by Tesco’s or BP in relation to mileage and performance of the engine? I know BP do Ultimate Diesel but I don’t know if this is supplied in all stations. My local BP station displays it as BP Diesel.

My mother bought a car under her name for my brother and he cosigned. He payed for the car a couple months but when he started paying the car late every month and lost his job, my mom took the car away. Now he wants the car back, but he hasn't made a payment in about a year. He is only the cosigner so we know he can't legally take the car from my mom, but to make sure she wants to take him off of the note completely. How do we go about doing this?

I had two new tires put on the front of my car two years ago, Winston Winners. They were recommended by the sales guy, and should have lasted several years because I don't drive much. Just after Christmas, I had a major blowout on an interstate while driving in a center lane. Before I knew what was happening, I lost control of the car. Thank God other cars were able to avoid me, and I managed to maneuver the car to the shoulder. The tire was in shreds and smoking. My daughter and I were badly shaken, but uninjured. A highway incident management trucker came along, took off the mangled tire and put on my spare. He inspected the thing, and said he couldn't see anything other than it just being a "bad tire" with a manufacturing defect that caused it to go like that. A few days ago, the same thing happened with that tire's twin while on a rural road. Nothing looked abnormal on the outer tread, but it was ruined. My warranty's expired, but I feel ripped off. Is there anything I can do?
