The 17 @ the end of those numbers is your rim size. So you want 17 inch rims on that bad boy.

I would go with a 17 x 8 or 17 x 7 rim. Most factory rims are have a 7" width.

17 in. tall actually it is 161/2 in and with a 70 series atleast a 9 1\2 to 10 1\2 in wide wheel. pretty common

when looking at tire sizes the (245) means sidewall height the(70r) means tire width and the (17)is the rim size

I do believe it's 17 hense the R17 at the end of that..but take it to a specialist to make sure.
