I have a freind who was in a car accident last week. As she was driving down the express way, she hit a car that was in the driving lane. The car was abandon and was dark blue color. The hazzard light turn and/ r the car's head lights turn turned off. So the car was invisible at night. My friend;s mother had only libility insurace on the car. She still owes a for a car that she doesn't have. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do next.

I will turn 16 next year and have been researching cars for me. It has been a conflict because I can't find a car with a nice sporty, sleek look, good gas milage, and safety. I would be getting a used on so keep that in mind. I found a page that says the 2005 Scion tC gets 30-35 MPG, and no less than 4 stars in crash test ratings which is only ike 10 to 20% of severe injury.

Can anyone tell me your experiene with this car, especially those with used ones. How much would I expect to pay for a used 2005 Scion tC in a small town in Kentucky?

Also what is the roof made of? It's not all glass is it? I couldn't tell from the only pic I found.

Manufacturer of some new cars tell you to use premium fuel. Sometimes they state that using regular might harm the engine. I had always thought that you could use regular fuel instead and the only difference might be lower performance.

I am looking for a jeep wrangler looking car that will good gas milage. By good i mean 35 or higher mpg. And i know your probally thinking well if you want a jeep wrangler looking car then buy a jeep wrangler. The only problem with that is that they get 17 mpg's, and thats way to low. What im looking for is a car thats not low to the ground but high up. Also I don't want it too big because I'm looking for something smallish so I can manuver in small places. Can anyone help me find something within these catagories? It doesn't have to be exact but I would prefer it to be close.

I have heard that GM bought a battery system from a michigan inventor that could make a car go 75 mph for 150 miles. Then GM sold the battery and patents to Citgo Oil, which then destroyed the battery system. IS THIS TRUE?
