Was this an early version of what we today call "Road Rage." And have you ever seen anyone actually carry out the threat?

I live in a townhouse and I got two parking spots, one for my daily driver and the other a truck that my dad had left behind when he passed away. I've been looking after it all this while. It mysteriously broke down right after he died. I've been meaning to fix it up. This Cardinal Management group put a sticker on my dad's truck saying that I had no registration or proper stickers on it and no plates. Well, I can't register it if I don't have insurance for it and if i don't have insurance for it it's because I'm not going to be driving it for a long *** time because it don't work! Butt they are threatening to tow it and it's the only damn thing I got left of my dad's so I'm hoping you guys can let me know what I should do.

I have several questions about the auto parts forging industry partaining to the market in Europe and other countries like the US and Japan. This is not a complex market research but it is an understanding of a very high level of the market internationally.

Here are the questions:

1- When is it possible and profitable to export forging parts to Europe, the US and Japan?

2- What is the Average pricing for a forging part, $US/kilogram ?

3- What is the process of getting projects initiated from these countries?

4- How could you make yourself compatible and competitive in these markets?

If you know about the auto parts industry it would be a great help if you could help answer any of the questions listed above. I'm looking for at least a basic understanding, but I could also use as much details as you know. Feel free to answer only one of the four questions if you don't know anything to say about the other 3.

Is it okay to slow down a manual-transmission car solely by down-shifting, instead of using the break?

I know the energy to slow the car has to be taken up somewhere... does this damage the transmission, or possibly the engine, or is it a perfectly safe and legitimate way to drive?
