If it won't burn out when you punch it now you need a complete tune up or a major over haul.

what type of dodge is it? is it the truck or one of the SUV's? If it's a 4 wheel drive your losing too much power though the transfer case. you don't want to do a burn out if it is a 4 wheel drive. Not only is it hard on the transmission but you will also tear up the transfer case. other wise just do a nutral drop on it. You should get something.

Loosen brake shoes in rear, when ready, pour some bleach on the rear tires.Hold foot on brake and step down on accelerator pedal until it starts to break traction.Then let go of brakes quickly and"Smoke'em Up!!

push in the brake slam on the gas then release the brake when it starts to get loud and you should get some burn out going.

lots of water and dawn dish soap. hold the brake, put in neutral, rev it up, then drop it down to DRIVE. BUT watch the red line.
