Sure that is what its made for. the only thing is alcohol has less BTU's of energy than gasoline. So don't be surprised if your gas mileage suffers some with the E-85

You can use E85 all the time without any problem, but if you mix in a higher percentage of gasoline, you will get better overall gas mileage.
From personal experience, in really cold weather, I've had trouble starting the car when it's running on all E85, but other than that, no problems.
