My dad is visiting me next month & bringing his car with him, He lives in Jersey which is where the car was bought & is registered. He is unsure however as to whether he can use his car during his stay with us, & if not what can he do to be able to use it, as he needs it to drive from the port to where I live.
Any advice or links to websites would be great.

How much money would you pay for an electric car that goes 130mph, has a range of 300 miles, takes 30 minutes to fully charge, costs much less to maintain and repair, and costs 1/5 the price to drive per mile than with a gasoline car. Lets say it was an old ‘93 Honda Civic converted to all electric but it had all the above features. How much US dollars would you pay for it?

we have really rude neighbors. we have a driveway side by side. they have 20 people living in one house. they have 8-10 cars in one driveway. i have one car and cant ever get into my driveway. how many cars are there aloud to be at one's house. isnt there a limit to how many cars are at someone house? i live in the akron area. isnt it 4 cars? or higher?

I have a 1993 Nissan Quest and the fuel door no longer latches. I have tried repeatedly pushing the release but it won't loosen. It seems the latch on the car side of the mechanism is the problem, the male part that comes out to latch the door won't come out. I have tried pushing in back in to loosen it and tired gently to pry it loose but no luck. Any suggestions?

Got a rental car for a week now because my other car is being serviced. As usual I declined the rental insurance for the car. Today I accidentally scratched the side of the car. Can I call and add the premium insurance coverage to get me out of paying for the damages, or is there a way the rental company will know??

I have a Black 98 GMC Z-71. It has not been garage kept, but the paint is in great condition. I have a friend, with a black 98 GMC, not Z-71 though. His has faded, oxidized, and the clear coat chips. His was not garage kept either. Why do some cars do that and others do not. We live in the same town. I bought mine new, he bought his 2 years old.

If EVERYONE had Electric Cars tomorrow, and solar panels on our homes, what would happen to our economy? Would millions lose their jobs? Is this why we DON"T have a decent electric car? Has anyone seen the movie "Who Killed the Electric Car?" I think the car makers, the government and the oil industry are working together to keep the US from having an all Electric Car?

I crashed my car and when I fixed it the paint they put on it is not as shiny as before, do it needs just some buffing on the paint or do I need to go somewhere and add clear coat to the paint?

Driving into town yesterday, I drove past the council offices and being Saturday, there were literally hundreds of empty car spaces.

Yet, 200 yards down the road, you have to pay to park to go shopping.

As Council tax payers, do we have a right to park in these spaces at weekends when no one from the council is working?

Any one agree that we should be able to use them for free? If so, I mght start a petion on the gopvernment website.
