we have really rude neighbors. we have a driveway side by side. they have 20 people living in one house. they have 8-10 cars in one driveway. i have one car and cant ever get into my driveway. how many cars are there aloud to be at one's house. isnt there a limit to how many cars are at someone house? i live in the akron area. isnt it 4 cars? or higher?

I see two problems here. They can not block your drive. 20 people in the house could be a violation with fire codes, or with the welfare of children. Are they drug dealers? Are all the vehicles registered? Are they insured? Park your car at the end and leave for the weekend. They can't use your drive then. Put up a camera and get evidence on them. Check your building regulations and put up a fence. File tresspassing charges if needed.

I have never heard of that many cars in one driveway, usually 3 or4 the most. But what you should do, is call your town hall, or Village and find out there rule. also make sure to know where your property line is, If they are over on your property, then you can do something about it.

I don't know if there is a limit in your town, but they are definitely breaking the law by blocking your driveway.

a limit dont really matter. if they are interferring with your ability to use your own portion of the drive way, a simple 911 call will fix the problem. It would be disturbance. just ask them to be a bit more polite about it and if they dont like that just mention a few digits you could dial. that'll solve it

Possibly put it to the head of your estate that they are using it as a car park. If a car is blocking your entrance to your house you have a right to complain.

I think it depends on the decimal level before you even determine if they are too aloud. Is it their engines that are too aloud or are they playing music to aloud? If it’s their engines maybe they are just warming it up and you need to tell them they are too loud and that way you could control it if they only warm up their engines for a shorter period of time. If it is something else, you may need to call the cops when they are being too aloud and see if they can tell them not to be so loud.

you will have to check with your local officials on this BUT if they are parking in the area designated for YOU then it is trespassing and you can just call the police. they can't park in YOUR driveway without your permission in any community.
