Either by using a laptop that connects to the OBDII of the car, or by something that resetts the odometer, or by cutting some cable on the back of the intrument panel so that the odometer reading will not register.

I'm 19 and live in North Carolina. I don't have license or permit and I don't know how to drive. I never had taken any driving class. What is most fast and most efficient way to get license for me??

Another Question
If you take driving class in high school, do you get only a permit? or formal license?..... If you turn in 18, do you have to take exam again? for license?

And if anyone know regulation or webs that tells about getting license, especially NC, please tell me.....nobady around me knows.....

I watched the simulation, and the exit on the freeway was on the left side and it ended at a T. Has anyone ever seen an exit like this? If you haven't seen the simulation, yahoo has it on the front page.

I'm sure it depends of type of car, so lets use a Mazda3 as an example...though the basic concept/principal is more important.

It is well known that the technology to migrate to alternative fuels such as bio-diesel and ethanol (see Brazil) is solid. Also, hybrid techology has advanced to a point that it can be used very well in a variety of automotive applications.

The question is, why isn't the US leading the way toward these technologies? Why won't the government offer real incentives to auto manufacturers and energy companies that would help wean us off of foriegn oil?

I have my own ideas (http://howto.netmorale.com/viewtopic.php?p=25#25) but I wan't to know yours.

I got a ticket for going 60 mph in a 40 zone. I took it to a traffic lawyer who charged me $100 for the legal fee to get it amended to a non-moving violation. Also, I had to pay $275 to the city. Is this typical or did I get ripped off?

Thanks
