For a typical car the components you listed are as follows:

Seat: steel tube frame, pressed steel base, steel springs, foam-rubber cushions, woven cloth covers.
Body: Pressed steel, zinc-coated for corrosion protection. Plastic may be used for tailgates, front wings, aluminium alloy may be used for doors, bonnets, bootlids. Some cars have all-alloy or all-composite construction.
Windows: safety glass for side windows and rear screen, laminated safety glass for the windscreen.
Carpets: synthetic fibres.
Soundproofing: can be recycled material. Different materials used in different parts of the car, but generally matting or foam-rubber.
Catalytic converter: ceramic substrate, platinum and rhodium catalysts coating the substrate, high-temperature steel case.
Tyres: steel bands, various grades of rubber-based material containing silica and/or carbon-black.
Bumpers: the part you see is just a skin, usually thermoplastic. The actual bumper beam behind may be steel, aluminium or plastic. There may also be a foam filling.
Battery: Plastic casing, lead electrodes, acid electrolyte.
Radiator: aluminium.
Engine: block and head may be cast iron or cast aluminium alloy. Iron block and alloy head possible. Other components are a variety of materials.
Wiring; copper wires, plastic insulation.
Dashboard: thermoplastic - types and construction methods vary, but "slush-moulding" now common for surface parts.
