Draining the oil is the best way. Draining the cooling system as well will definitely send your engine to its great beyond. The brick on the gas pedal is a good way to view the demise from a safe distance. Incidentally, the sugar in the tank routine is a myth.

Poke a hole in the oil filter,start the engine and put a brick on the gas pedal, then run. That should do it right quickly

Sugar in the gas tank, but why? Most of us are trying to figure out how to make our vehicles last longer.

run it low on oil at high RPM
