If you work or live on the third floor of a building and have access to both an elevator and stairs, do you take the elevator or stairs on a daily basis? not counting the times you have a heavy load of groceries or couple of toddlers of couse.

Why do you take the elevator? You cannot walk up the stairs? It's faster? or the stairs are dangerous?

Why do you take the stairs? to be healthy? more fresh air? or faster?

too many cars, trucks, buses, motorcycles, etc.
it's like overkill..so many people driving around with just only themselves in the car. and everyone just standing still and not going anywhere, it's so self-defeating. couldn't there be some kind of system that would cut down on the amount of traffic in the cities? what is it going to take?

By the California State Highway Manual Guidelines, the inside lane (or fast lane) should be used as a passing lane ONLY. It is illegal to just cruise along in the inside lane! Also, what is the speed limit on the freeway? No, it is not 65mph, it is the speed of THE FLOW OF TRAFFIC! (check your California State Driving Manual)This is the safest speed. If the flow of traffic is 35mph then go 35mph, if the flow of traffic is 70mph then go 70mph. You will NOT get a ticket if you're safely driving with the flow of traffic. So please don't sit in the fast lane going 65 if you are not passing someone or think you are making a statement about the speed limit, or just not paying attention. Because you are just making things more UNSAFE for everyone on the freeway.
