Heat riser is operated via rod connected to vacuum pulloff, vacuum is supplied from EFE (early fuel evaoration) ported vacuum switch on intake manifold near water neck. As it sits now, I need vacuum immediately after startup to close heat riser to direct heat across my intake to aid warmup in cold weather. Problem is majority of vacuum switches are normally closed and do not open until warm, this really has me scratching my head.

I have a 1993 GMC Sonoma pickup. It has a two headlight system. What is the best way to aim them yourself? would it be better to take it to a shop? Would a body shop be able to do it?

I have 1991 GMC sierra 1500, when I get up around 55-70mph on the highway it starts shaking, when I give it gas or let off it quits. I was told that the transmission or tire allignment could be causing this, any idea? By the way its an automatic with a 305ci.

My blinkers and flashers work sometimes, however, 90% of the time they don't . I keep reading about this being caused by the turn signal switch being bad or something.
Can someone tell me where the switch is located in a 1999 oldsmobile cutlass.
Also if you have any recommendations on something else it could be, please leave them.

Who can I call to report my local dealership?
They told me my clunking tranny was NORMAL on my 07 Sierra. No other truck I rode in has this problem! On top of that, My brother is the service manager in another state, and he has 3 service bulletins that have remedies for this problem, but they refuse to listen.
NOW WHAT?
