Who can I call to report my local dealership?
They told me my clunking tranny was NORMAL on my 07 Sierra. No other truck I rode in has this problem! On top of that, My brother is the service manager in another state, and he has 3 service bulletins that have remedies for this problem, but they refuse to listen.
NOW WHAT?

Call the local district manager of the car manufacturer and explain the situation. He will likely be glad to learn of what seems to be dereliction by the dealer's repair department.
