Open the hood and look at the relay and fuse boxes at the l/f and r/f of the radiator support. Remove the large black cover near the R/F strut tower and coolant bottle. If you look straight down near the R/F light I think you may see some additional relays. Open the glove box door and I believe there are more fuses and relays behind the access door on the left. Your owner's manual will identify the correct relay

The relay and switch are all one component.
