Can anybody tell me what are the early symptoms of injection pump failure?
What fuel pressure should I have at the mechanical pump?

Im going with the model Series 9 Maxi-Gen.
I drive a 93 mustang gt and as you know, there is little space. where would i be able to stick this baby under the hood? need help, this is going to be a birthday present for me within the month. The only idea i had was right infront of the air filer on the left side close to the front, behind the headlight. Not sure if this space is high enough. Thanks in advance.

Hows the reliability of the CVT Tranny used in the Ford Freestyle, and Five Hundred? I'm in the used car business and I'm not familiar with this tranny.

I'm really tempted to get an 05 Freestyle 2WD with 80k. It uses a CVT. I've looked over online, finding that this tranny is reliable. Anyone know for sure?

How about for service? I believe these don't use tranny dipsticks to check the fluid ( A growing trend among Auto makers lately) . Or does it require the dealer?

What makes the new King Ranch Expedition different and the most expensive than the other models, even the Limited? What specific things does it offer than the other models? And yes, I mean the Expedition, not the Super Duty or F-150. http://www.fordvehicles.com/suvs/expedition/

It seems almost the same as an Eddie Bauer, but is more expensive than a Limited.

Since I bought the ford with an automatic transmission 4 years ago with 33,000 miles on it, it has made a clunking sound when I take off. Sometimes it won't do it but it seems to more than not. I had it checked out at the dealer and they found nothing wrong. I thought it was the universals or something in the transfer case. Has anyone had this problem ?

I just got my oil changed on my Ford 500, and the guys at Jiffy Lube didn't change the message on the Trip Computer that says "Change Oil." I've looked in the manual, I've searched online, and I still have no idea. Does anyone else??

I have noticed an increasing number of questions about Mustang sucking and the like. I am just wondering if people like to stir the sh*t pot and get people fired up, and if they actually believe half the crap that spills out of their mouth about other car makes. I have ford taurus GL and it keeps a high rev at idleing. I pulled the connector off the idle senser and the rpms went down to normal. when i reconnect it it revs up again.what is causing this to get a false reading. the car will not start when it is diconnected

The owners manuel for the 2002 ford windstar says to look for a little lever on the left side of the steering wheel to adjust it.

Does anyone know just how fast a p-71 police crown vic can top out at? I think i have a rare one thats been rechipped....has sticker on the dash like most police crown vics do that warns you to use overdrive during high speed pursuit,,,,,except this one has additional wording on bottom that says "speed capability this vehicle150 mph", I s this possible? I opened it up one time and it went into over drive at 120 mph....i didnt have the driveability at that time to continue that kind of speed, but it was increasing dramaticly. anyone know just how fast it will go? also this one has 225/55/16 tires goodyear gs-1.
