how can i make my gauge number appear blue instead of the stock green without having to buy a new gauge face? Is it possible? I want the bright cobolt blue numerals.

Just buy new bulbs..

You will need to get a new gauge face. The light bulbs are clear. The green is the color of the translucent covering over the holes in the plastic gauge face.

You can buy different colourd bulbs to replace the stock clear ones
there is a wide choice of colours out their and they are only a buck or two apiece
so you can have one red and one blue ad one purple you get it. so have fun you can change all your interior lights

I'm thinkin' replace clear bulbs with red ones.
