What kind of Keyless Entry Kit should I get for my 2002 Ford Ranger?

I'm looking for a cheap keyless entry kit that I can install on my car.

There isn't a lot of difference in them really, if you have an automatic transmission and are going through the trouble to wire it in you might as well opt for remote start also. It won't cost any more and installation is about the same.
