The easiest way is to go to a dealer and ask for an exploded view, he can print it out for you for free. Not many people here would have that kind of information.

Quite a few. Now days the parts come in as subassemblys. Not all of them, of course, but as many as possible. The seats come in sequential order and are ready to be put in the trucks. Instrument panels are the same. The carpet comes in ready to be installed.

This is done to cut production time and save money.

Buy one and take it apart :)
Hard to say for real, Like mentioned you would need a complete exploded view of the truck to count the pieces.
