it is a bmw part and would cost over £200 to replace.power is reaching the unit, and the fuse is ok.it just went dead,with the cd cartridge still inside. any ideas anyone??? it is fitted to a 1998 328I cabriolet.

I got a JVC Radio (KD-S570) from a buddy and everything is finally hooked up. Now, sound won't come out of the speakers, but the radio is performing right and the sound is on. Its like that on CD and tuner, and you can turn the volume from 1- 50 and hear no change. HELP PLEASE!!!

did not getting much vibration as it must give .
having a pioneer TS-W306DVC
1000 watts woofer in a box which is not deep below the sub. but deep of about 10-12 inches above sub. & having a fibre glass. fixed at the top & having some space at the bottom for bass!

should i change the box or add 1 more sub. to get the maximum bass from mono amp. & can a 1000watts mono amp handle two 1000 watts each subs.

just got a JVC CD Player (used)
and I've hooked everything up right
and when i turn the ignition on or crank the car,
it wont come on.
I can press the 'display' button and the lights & time will come on,
but thats it
the power button doesn't do anything...
and when i first plugged it up and turned the car on,
it said 'SEE YOU' and turned off
i did this a lot and then it sometimes say's 'HELLO' but then turns off.
i checked the fuse in the radio
and i ran the radio directly to the battery also, hot and ground. Help! lol!
The model is KD-S570 too!

SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!

My 2 year old son decided that mommy's CD player could double as a bank and put a couple of quarters in the slot. I believe if I can get the radio out, that I can get the quarters out. Any website recommendations or helpful information would be greatly appreciated.

ive been looking on ebay at kicker comp subwoofers and im just wondering how they compare to say rockford fosgate 12'"s or sony explode. They look like they have some power behind them but they are only 300 watts max so im not sure, also ive noticed that there extremely cheap on ebay. Why is this, are they good or bad? im looking at 10", 12", and 15"

right now i have a 15" eclipse running of a 6300 watt power acoustics amp, a 10 farad cap and im wondering if i was to hook up a couple 12"s if it would sound alright. lemme know

I need to install a stereo into my car. the old deck was ripped out and all i have are the wires. the colors coming from the car dont match the collors of my deck. does anyone know what the stock wire collors are.
