Delco is a completely different company seperate from GM but they do have a long lasting contract as a supplier source for the company, Delco makes the radios and a whole lot of other accessories. They themselves purchase seperate units from other companies and incorporate them into their own radio. I know you can purchase variouse sound systems that are different. My buddys comaro came with a bose speaker system in it, other cars have monsoon systems. basic standard radios are built by Delco

Not Delco. It says Delco on the faceplate, but if you look, the name Blaupunkt is stamped on the chassis of the unit itself (well the tape decks are anyway).
