you people are idiots, the worlds slowest car would have to be "The BoxCar (or whatever the hell it's called) - By Little Tykes" for kids

The British sub-mini called the Smart Fortwo is, other than large commercial vehicles, the Slowest production car, with a top speed of 84 MPH, but, it also sports about 55 MPG. The Suzuki Samurai had the auspicious honor of being the Slowest in America for a while. It's 66 HP engine didn't do much to carry it's 2400 lb frame, and it was only capable of 74 MPH, (it stopped production in 1995, and since you asked for 2006, I just added it as an afterthought).... but since they were so capable off road, no one cared how slow they were. There are some little Japanese cars out there that rate very close to these.

that car that looks like a golf cart would be my guess, I don't know the name of it, but it HAS to be slow, also, any car that is standing still is pretty slow, my 1962 dart is pretty slow, since I have stripped it of everything but the suspention and the steering components. It is only as fast as I can push it, but it is pretty easy to push......
