umm I'm not sure if this is the same as a 2001 Honda Civic, but this is how to set it for a 2002 Honda Civic Ex, so it shouldn't vary much? hope it's helpful!

If you look at the radio you'll see the word "clock" below the SCAN/RPT button and above the "6" button. If you look closely you'll see little "H", "M", and "R" letters below the "4", "5", and "6" buttons. They stand for hours, minutes and reset.

The way we got it done was to hold down the SCAN/RPT button, which is the button above the word "clock" and then use the "4" and "5" buttons to change the hours and minutes respectively. (You have to hold both buttons down at the same time)

Depending on if yours is a Honda EX you would either...... 1)press scan + clock and adjust the minutes/hours or 2) Use the radio preset station buttons, look under the last few numbers, you'll see a small black H for hours, a small black M for Minutes. The clock button is up above or right next to them depending on the model.
