i think so... but the wattage is 110 instead of 220

Wattage has nothing to do with your question.

500 Hz? What station are you listening to?

FM band is from 88 MHz to 108 MHz

i am going to go with yes. but i have never heard anything from the philippines. but 500 hz in the philippines, should be the exact same as 500 hz in the usa.
