im thinkin of buying some sound dampening sheets for my car
but i have found too many brands to have any easy decision.

i have found brands that claim to be just as good, yet they cost less.
and i believe in you get what you pay for.
and with this stuff i dont want to go wrong
because once its in....its in

basically im just asking.....
is there any other brands better or just as good???
or
is dynamat just the best???

I was listening to 2 12" sony xplods at best buy and they sound just as good or better than all the other subs which included rockford fosgate and alpines. I was just wondering if it would be worth buying the sonys over the other subs because they sound great and there cheaper.

I want to put a CD tuner and an MD player in the space the CD player in my 2002 Ford Galaxy goes in. (It is about twice the height of a standard car music unit). I know two units will fit in there but how would I get them to work, is there the power and sound leads nessesary. Is the car design so bad that I can not replace the existing CD player?

I've tried Ford directlywith no joy, and I can't find any listed for sale elsewhere (eg. Ebay). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The car wiring harness has an extra wire.I've fitted the new head unit but as I said, the power goes off when you open the drivers door or turn on the ignition. The lights on the new unit flash on and off every 20 or so seconds when the ignition is on.Could it have something to do with light dimming.

My back two dish style subs are now both blown. I didn't have an amp, and now they're blown and I don't have any bass. I can't take that! I was told that you could cut some wires and switch them around, and hot glue them back in place and hot glue everything else back in place and I could get them working like new again. Is there something like that I could do or do I have to get new subs?
