I just bought a Midland 1001Z and 1 pair Francis CB22 blk 3 ft antennas and 18' Co Phase Antenna wire planing on runing the power to the cigrette lighter will this all work together?? I am planing on running the two antennas on either side of my truck bed tool box

does any one know of a site that maybe has a diagram? because when i plug in the stereo it heats up very fast. It is probably just wired wrong. i need to know which cable is for what like speakers and the cable with the power.

i have a 2 dual brand amps in a ported box and a kenwood amp with the audio pipe wiring that i was using that i can sell. were is the fastest place to sell it. my girlfriends birthday is this thurday and i lost bussness over the week end so i have no money and she is upset that i cant get her anything. i really would like to have her a present on her birthday.

I have two 12 inch pioneer 306's subs 400 watts rms each hooked up to a kenwood kac-9102d amp running at 2 ohms putting out 850 watts rms.The subs are in a custom made ported box.The subs pound but they sound like crap..my uncle have one 12 inch rockford p2 sub its not loud like my subs but the quality is way better.how do I get better quality?I even had the stereo installed professionally.....do i need to buy better quality subs?

Can anyone tell me how to install a new CD player into a Toyota Corolla Ascent 2003 model? How can I remove the existing CD player? Even if I remove it, there will be a huge space there, if I install a new Sony or Pioneer MP3 Player... because the existing CD player is too big (the original Toyota one)

I had two older 12" L7's in my car in a ported box, i can only get about 1.5ft2 per sub, but im looking for something that hits harder now, should i go with one 12" solo x? its about the same price as the two L7's? i would of course switch amps to match the solo x. im trying to stay in the 350-400 $ range

Hello I need to replace the speakers in my 98 Malibu. I know there rear speakers are 6x9. But I am hearing conflicting things on the front speaker size. Are the fronts 6x4 or 4x6? Also is there anything special I need to know about the front speakers? (IE are there tweeters built in or will any speaker work) Thanks.

Ok hes running Rockford Fosgate Punch A2 500 watt amplifer powering two 10" Audiobahn D. Jones Edition subwoofers. we turned up the gain then we turned up the bass control to try and tune the volts to 31.6 which is the correct number to set the gain at for his setup and they were hitting good when we tuned them then he said on the way home they were hitting so hard the sound was distorted. and they just stoped working so he checked the fuse still fine and he opened the trunk and they smelt like they were burning. any ideas?

I have a 10" mdf sealed subwoofer box, and there's noticeable sound quality reduction through normal use. I suspect that the screws loosen and need to be tightened, but how do the screws affect sound quality? Are there other factors involved? Any advice? Thanks.

i have a plan system nothing fancy i tried to bridge my amp today and it worked great then about 30 minutes of pounding it just shut off what do i do! i checked fuses i checked grounds i checked everything i even changed to my old amp which i know it works cause i use it as a spare and it had power to the amp the green light was on but the subs did not do anything do you think i might of burnt up my subs? they looked fine to me but keep in mine i dont know much about them

PLEASE HELP ME!
