OK...before anything....make sure you completely ignore all of the answers before me.
to take pop out the bubble you simply use double sided tape....
-take like a 2" peice of tape
-peel of just one side of the tape.
-gently stick it on the bubble.
-wait for about 5 seconds so it really sticks.
-then gently pop it back out and peel off the tape.
the reason you use double sided tape is because ordinary tape wont stick strong enough and it wont leave any glue residue on the speaker.
doing this will keep from damaging the bubble with vacuums, poking holes, and cutting the bubble all together.
good luck

if you dont mind a small hole the size that a paperclip would make you could first make a hole directly in the center with a safty pin and carefully insert the paperclip with a 45 degree angle on it and gently pull it out.Which pushes the dent out from the inside.

Haven't seen it done. Sorry to say you should have been more careful with the speaker. If anything the power coming out will pop it back into place, but i dont thnk it affects quality. and i wouldn't recomend shoving anyting under wear. Fragile stuff.

I use a sewing needle to fix that. however there are several other ways, if you're really good at re-aligning things, you can take it off with an exacto knife and glue it back on after popping it back into place. wouldnt recommend this with paper-cone subs though.
