you'll have to do the math for the cubic inch of your speaker for size and power.

many web sites out there that will walk you through the process. building a box, let alone a custom box is not always easy.

not much room under a back seat, and being 2 10", I really doubt you'll ever get the cubic inch of space you need.

they make plastic formed boxes to fix behind seats and for each make and model. my brother got one for his s10.

you can usually buy prebuilt sub boxes for trucks, however there's no guarantee the box will be deep enough for your subs. EVERYTHING matters when building a box, from things as minor as shape and materials, to things as big as ports and volume. You can find alot of sub-box programs that will calculate your SPL (dB), , make building plans for boxes, different shapes, etc.

best and most recommended material for a box is MDF.

if you go to your local circuit city or best buy or any such place they will sell truck sub boxes which are kinda flatter then normal trunk boxes that are designed for that use. As far as the actually math stuff i dont know sorry but the boxes are normally like 25 bucks each thats how much mine where :)
