Try a different source for the ground connection, try grounding to the frame or a structural part of the car.

A bad ground is the most likely culprit. You might also try a ferrite choke (or two) on the power cable.

try a different ground. filters sometimes do it also. they make isolators, and power capacitors also. try panasonics website, they may be able to give you some tips.
