Hello I need to replace the speakers in my 98 Malibu. I know there rear speakers are 6x9. But I am hearing conflicting things on the front speaker size. Are the fronts 6x4 or 4x6? Also is there anything special I need to know about the front speakers? (IE are there tweeters built in or will any speaker work) Thanks.

What are you attempting to do? you haven't any longer asked a particular question approximately something. i think of you're able to allow a specialist mechanic do your artwork because you won't be able to even decide what length socket you like! only have you ever automobile towed to a mechanic and get your fix performed outstanding!

front doors are 4"x6"

You can put any size speaker in the door, it will just take custom fabrication. Anything can be installed, options are limitless. It all dependant on your budget.
