Above is the car that I found online! It's so cute but if I buy it I think I'd get a paint job and change it to another color, but do you think that's a good deal? Because my dad says you can't trust the internet but yeah I really like what I'm seeing here! Suggestions?

Dealer claims not to "worry" about the new note payment; equates a car note with car "maintenance" as lots/stuff will start to go wrong with our car even tho' has only 36K miles and is in great condition. Isn't this just sales pitch? We don't believe there would be as much maintenance, repairs, etc. on our present car as to justify buying a new car, at least not till our car is much older.

...take me to court, legally where do I stand? The womans boyfriend, whom is not a professional mechanic had worked on the car and when they called me back about the car (over a month afterwards) and told me it was having problems, some that were non-existent when the purchased was made, and some I already knew about. They test drove it and everything and bought it. Am I wrong for what I did at a legal stand point?

I'm 17 yrs old, I'll be 18 in 6 months when I'll be getting the SUV. I want to be able to take it off the road and drive on trails, nothing to hardcore though, and i want something powerful, but it has to get great gas mileage. When i drive up hills I don't like having the slow car. And I don't want 3rd row seating because I want a small SUV, i'm not great with big cars. Year-wise I'm looking at 2003-2006. Suggestions?

We are trying to buy a new car. But We had to file for bankrupcy because of my medical expenses 3 years ago.
Any Chance of doing that? We are financially stable now and should be able to effort $4-500 per month payments.

I am looking to purchase a new car relatively soon for my family of 4. We currently own a minivan and would like to get something new that could seat all 4 of us comfortably and also have a good amount cargo space. Open to cars that seat 5 and SUV's that seat either 5 or up to 8. Good gas mileage is also a must! thanks!!!

I'm turning 17 soon, meaning I'm going to receive my full license. I already have a couple of months of experience on the road, and I'm by no means reckless. (Not to show off or anything, but just to say that I am familiar with it.)

I know a lot of you will automatically tell me that I should get a Honda Civic or Toyota or some Japanese manufactured car. The thing is I have a strong dislike for those companies and most, if not all American cars. My main interest lies in European cars, mainly BMW and Mercedes.

I'm able to get a car for around $15-20k, and I was wondering which would be good ones to get in that criteria. Yes, I realize I'm fortunate to get a car at that price, but also keep in mind, I would be able to pay for monthly expenses like insurance, repairs, gas.

I'm looking into a nice coupe with 2 doors or something. The first thought in my mind would be a BMW 850ci, since you don't see those everyday. Would this be a good choice?

I own a 2005 Hyundai Tiburon GT Limited in great condition with only 28,000 miles on it but can't seem to find a place to sell it. I am trying to get $14,990 for it which is way below bluebook. I've also put it on craigslist.org, autotrader, cars.com, and local papers. It's been a few months and still no word from anyone. I would appreciate any information or advice anyone could give me, or if anyone is interested in the car! Thanks.

I will be a fourth year college student this year and am ready to buy my new car. I have $25000 for it. I am still debating between A regular civic or a hybrid. I like to drive fast but not race. I am not considering the si version at all, plus the gas milage on the si's really suck. I currently drive a 99 corrolla but want a new car design. If i get a regular civic I want it with sunroof, the gps system and a rear spoiler. Which regular civic model do you think is better ? The EX with all that i want will run around $22,300 while the hybrid would go for a little under $25000 plus it gets a tax reduction. When will the 2008 honda civics come out ?

Recently I have also be seen the 07 nissan altimas. They are still in my price range and a little more luxurious than a civic. What r your opinions on this car ? Do you know when the 08 altima comes out ?

btw I am looking for a 4 door car and not a 2door one

My lease is due to end on 1/24/08. I currently pay $350.15 per month, I have 22,500 miles on the car now. I will have 6 months left on the lease on 7/24/07. A friend of mine told me that you could turn a lease in upto 6 months early w/o penalty, is that correct? Also, my overage is .20-.25 per mile. I am going to buy a new FORD when this lease is up, what are my options? I want to limit the amount of money I will have to pay whether I turn the lease in now or when it's due, please advise.

Some family close by is selling a 2000 Grand AM. They say it is there cousins. The CarFAX shows it had no issues. Also it looks very nice and taken care of.

The problem is, it is 117k miles on it. Thinking I could get the price down to $3200 and all is well after inspecting it, is it a good deal?

Serious? She got the car and now they called her a couple of days later talking about she needs a $3000 down payment or a good co-signer.

She got a 2007 Chevy Equinox with no down payment and we were wondering how. But now we see.

What can we do? Is this legal how they are playing with people emotions?

Here is my VIN number...
I have searced high and low for a truly free history report and it just doesn't exist. All these money makers are really sticking to their guns and making you come out of pocket for a report that should be free. Thank you in advance.
