If it only kicks in at say 4-5 RPM/1000 wouldnt that be at high speeds that it wouldn't really be put to use?

Just the other day, i brought my battery in to charge it. Hooked it up in the garage, and let it charge for a few hours. Its for a 2003 chevy cavalier, and its an original battery. After it was charged, the battery sat in the garage for a day and a half. With temps in the 20's, can a battery drain that quick?
I took the battery to my car and it just sat there and clicked.

The other day i saw in a parking lot, a very small El Camino/Ranchero style car/truck that had the star/pentagon badge shared by chrysler and dodge. The vehicle was very small, but in its pristine condition with candy apple red paint, i honestly would love to own one like that. It was about 80% the size of an El Camino, such that it had an overall footprint much more like a VW Beetle. It appeared to be somewhere between the very late 70s to the very early 90s, based on its boxy appearance, reminiscent of the old Monte Carlo's used for hobby stock racing (boxy with lots of accent creases to the panels, 80s typical).

There were no badges identifying the vehicle anywhere, and I think i honestly might buy one if i knew what they were so i could find one on eBay. Thanks!

My Car is Geo Prism 1997 1.6 L. The audometer is 130000. While going uphill at constant speed of 40 or 45 my car looses accelaration for a moment and again regains it. This also some time happens on flat road. This does not happen if I keep pumping the acclerator(like from 45 let it come to around 38 and again pump to 45). What do I have to do to fix this?

if you move to NYC and sell your car / parking too expensive. do you need to keep some type of car insurance for your driving license ? you might occaisionally need to drive someone else or might rent a rental car when you travel ?

I have an 89 Toyota pickup, 4 cyl, and I live in Phoenix where it gets really hot in summer and stays that way into the fall. I have an hour long commute home from work that is almost all bumper to bumper traffic - lots of stopping and idling. This past summer, I couldn't use my air conditioner because it would cause the engine temp gauge to go way up and the air blowing out was hot. However, during the last part of my daily trek, I drive on a relatively clear stretch of road for several miles - the temp gauge will go down and the air will start getting cold again.

What do I need to have a mechanic check? The A/C does work as long as I am moving.

Lets say I have 2 vehicles, a front wheel drive and a 4 wheel drive. I am buying 2 tires for each, where should I have them mounted? And why should they go there?

The heat in my Nissan Quest turns cooler if your foot isn't on the gas pedal or you're just idling (like at a red light or in heavy traffic). It's nice and warm otherwise. I've noticed on the temperature gauge when the needle is more in the middle of the 'normal' level, the air gets colder, but when it's down at the low end of the 'normal' area, it's fine. If it matters, the A/C works fine in the summer. I am too cold to keep this this way... any ideas on what it could be and/or how to fix it??
