I have a Montero Sport Limited AWD 6cyl. (about 4,000 lbs) and my fiancee has a BMW X5 6cyl. (about 5,000 lbs). We are planning to move back to the east coast and would like to be able to drive together in one of the cars and tow the other. Neither car has a hitch thus far, but we would be willing to have one put on. We're not really interested in shipping either car or having a stranger drive it. Is it feasible for one of these to tow the other? If so, where would I rent from (u-haul turned me down)? ANY and all suggestions and ideas are welcome as we have never done anything like this before. Thank you! : )

What systems do you use at the moment and what is planned for the future? I've heard things about Boeing and Airbus FANS-1/A is that being used just now or do they have to wait for everyone to adopt this? Thanks for any constructive replies. Cheers!

To make a long story short two years ago I sold a Ford Ranger to a coworker whose vehicle broke down. He agreed to pay me $7,000.00 for the vehicle. The payments came the way they were supposed to for the first year. Then he started missing payments, and when I would threaten to take the truck back then he would pay me the money he owed for that month. Well back in October he asked me sign over the title so "he could get a loan for the rest of the money he owed me.” I was not stupid so I said no, and I have not heard from him since. He has moved away to a local town with my truck. I have not received any money from him since October. My question is what can I do to get my truck back? I do not know the exact address to where he is, but I do know my truck. Is there anything I can do legally to get my truck back? A law enforcement officer told me that it is a civil matter, and they cannot help me. So who can?

When driving the other day my AC started making a tiny buzzing sound, but still worked.. It eventually started to get lounder and louder and now I just keep it off (although, it does still work).. The other day I checked it again and it made no noise and worked perfectly for about 2 hours, and then started making the noise again.. It almost sounds like a high pitched jet engine or something, but goes off as soon as turn off the AC, so it has to be that.. IDEAS???

This is a c4 with crossfire engine. The problem always seems to occur when the engine is hot. The starter does not go round, brake warning lamp lights up when ignition key is turned, there are no sounds, headlights not influenced, starter just does not respond. Then, after the car has been sitting for an hour and a half or so, it comes back to life. Should anyone out there have the key to this starting problem, please let me know.

My girlfriend and bought a home together, about 3 years ago, and now an investment opportunity came up. I own my car, without any loan or lien. I don’t want to refinance my home, but to sell my car to my girlfriend. We lived at the same address for 3 years, and she was approved on her own loan to buy my car, and then would give me the money for the investment opportunity. What I want to know, is there anything the bank can do to stop the loan going through if she buying the car from me?

I have a 2000 Ford Focus who is in need of $1200.00 in repairs, every time I turn around there is something wrong with it.
In the 7 years I've had the car I had the mouth of the motor repaired, a new transmission and many other repairs, and now the struts, suspension and stabilizer link are in need of repair. The majority of the 2000 Ford Focus were lemons, I had 2 relatives who's Focus's left them on the street, so far after all the repairs on mine, it's still running. I have been approved for a car loan, but now that I see the prices and how much I will pay for a new car, I'm not sure what to do. My place of employment will be moving farther away, meaning more driving. Should I stay with my old car or buy a new? Your advise will be greatly appreciated.

i'm conducting a study about what us citizens of America think about our laws. A chance to hear what the general public has to say. What laws don't you like or think need reforms? feel free to talk about anything, exs. gun laws, privacy laws, school laws, taxes, general freedom and rights, etc. i am opening this up and there is no right answer, just asking for opinions. again, comment on anything you like and don't like. do you think reforms are needed? if so, where? pick anything and let me hear it. i will not contact you to ask more if you don't want to. thanks.

Ok so one day i was in my car listening to a cd. I parked my car, when back to my car later, and my indash reciever wouldnt turn on anymore. Nothing would pop up on the screen. When i'd press the eject button, it would still eject CD's though. I went to best buy to buy a new reciever, and it was still the same problem. Nothing would come up on the screen and only the eject button would work, so now i know my indash isnt broken. So then i tried to rewire everything, and nothing still didnt work. Now the Eject button doesnt even work anymore, its like its recieving no power because nothing works now. I checked my fuse box and i put in a new fuse, and it still doesnt reciever any power. I know the reciever isnt broken, and the fuse is new, so what can be the problem? Also if you know the problem can you also tell me where do go to look in my car so i will know what to do. The only thing i can think of is the power wire for the reciever, but i dont know how to check that.PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

I never got a parking ticket before. I parked in the meter last night because just this year the city decided to put up meters around the dorms at my college to get money. I forgot to move my car last night to the garage, and I got a ticket for expired time. I understand that. But I got a ticket for parking in two meters also. Last night was rainy and dark, I couldn't see the lines, and it wasn't my fault that the other car was parked farther down too, so I just parked the way the other cars were lined up. Do I HAVE to pay this or can I contest, what would be easier?

ALSO...my car is registered in a different city, but same state... if I don't pay it and don't get another ticket, will anything happen?

I was hit by a 91 year old lady, I don't think she can see very well or even see over the steering wheel any more. At what point will it take to set boundaries in Florida. "Death"

Why does it take Death or a serious injury on someone else’s part?
Then they state decides if they can drive or not?
