I don't have an italian or international driver's license.

In Michigan, state drivers' licenses are administered by the Secretary of State's Office. You can call their information center at 1-888-767-6424.

Hello my friend,coma sta? Im italian too! I guess you can obtain a temporary drivers license if you get in touch with the people at the city hall in that area.just tell them that your there for 3 months ,and you need a temporary drivers license. so that you can get around while youre here. chiao! rubberstampr

As a tourist, no. As a resident, yes, but you would have to live in MI, intend to stay there, and be employed there to be considered a resident.
