My sister Just move to california, and they have a truck that has a back seat. The problem is that the seat in the back is not wide enough to hold the bottom of the car seat so She has been putting her 1 year old in the front and turning off the air bag. Does anyone know, if she can get pulled over for having the baby ride in the front of the truck. Thanks in advance!

Can anyone tell me which blower is better a 177 or a 471 super charger.As I want to put one on my new 350 chev crate motor i WON'T be using too much boost as the engine does not have too many goodies ( 8.5 comp , 4 bolt mains etc )
Any advise would be appreciated.

While I was driving my temperature gauge was
showing one line before red zone. Quickly I've
realized that my fan is not working properly because
there is no juice in my battery. Also, as it is not good to turn the engine off, I've found down hill way and let it cool to about line above 90. After that took a free road and took it down to 90.

When I was at home it went back to line before red zone. I've parked the car and turned it off.

**** I was thinking at that moment that it is good to
open radiator cap to released pressure. I did it slowly and the boiling coolant pored out.
*** Before I’ve opened it, the water wasn’t boiling. I know that pressure in the system eeps the boiling level of the coolant on higher level.

*** Was opening the radiator cap good idea?
*** Why was coolant boiling when I’ve opened the radiator cap as engine was not in the red zone.
*** Was my engine overheated?
*** Can it overheat before the red zone?

I'm driving a red 1994 ford ranger pick-up that i purchased brand spanking new in 1995, it has over 250 thoundsand miles and still going strong and the engine is as quiet as a kentucky sunday morning ! I've always kept my oil changed on time and stuff like that,my family is pressuring me to get in debt and buy something newer, but i say why fix it if it ain't broken? how much longer can i have such luck with old faithful? she has'nt let me down yet and i see no reason to put her to sleep just yet! should i tell my family to take a hike? P.S....SHE HAS A BODY OUTTA SIGHT TOO!

In February, they offered it for 36 months, but only in some states. I missed out on that deal, though I'm sure it will be back around sometime soon. My question is, if I go to another state, and buy the car, do I get the 0% deal, or do I have to live in the state the deal is offered?

4 weeks ago I made the stupid mistake of driving on a Sunday morning after heavy session of drinking the night before. I thought all of the alcohol would have been out of my system but I didn't finish drinking until 3am and I slept and then drove home at around 9am so it was very dumb. I was breathalysed and subsequently banned for 15 months. It was my 1st offence. I have worked hard for a good career and have a BA(Hons) and an MBA and was due for an final interview for a consultancy position at a big 4 firm. I have had to postpone it but i can go in at the same stage at a later date and my current employer (a blue chip) has been excellent about it and allowed me to keep my job. I am 28 and the conviction won't be 'unspent' for 5 years so i will have to declare it until then and can't hire a car. I am just wondering what Big 4 employers, e.g. Accenture, CapGemini, Ernst & Young etc think of a conviction like this and whether it would mean I am ineligible for employment with them?
