To import an American spec car to Germany will first cost the frieght to get it there. App. $2500.00. Next, you will have to license the car there and get a driver's license for yourself. When I was stationed in Germany in 2002, the cost of licnesing an auto was $1500.00 and a driver's license was about $2000.00. Your best bet for the correct info is to email or snail mail your questions to the German Embassy. If you are in the military, being stationed in germany only requires that you have the proper insurance and pass the driver's test (no charge).
