Rear brake drums are extremely complicated to eliminate, in many cases. Are there any threaded holes interior the face of the drum? some eastern vehicles have a pair of empty bolt holes interior the face. You thread interior the right length bolts, and bammo - off she comes.

reference library and photocopy relevant section from manual. brake drums when worn have a step inside them so when the shoes ajust to the larger diameter it prevents removal. a good hammering is normally required to remove them. slacken of any manual ajusters first (if applicable) suggest you machine or replace drums before refitting if stepped. and not with an angle grinder!
