situation* busy city, they leaving too much space to car in front (3TO 4 car length)and everyone filling it,unsafe turning, 1 car(green lite), slow,again, 6 car though instead 10.(that 6 guy went though on red) it not him .but he causing a bad situation guys around him are ready to do something to get around ,and funny their the same guys who hold back everybody, and go though that yellow/red light???duh

I have already received my car title (no lienholder is listed), but the dealer is threatening repo saying I haven't paid, Even by his own contract, it says he holds the title til paid in full. I threw all the reciepts out afterthe title came, so I only have the title as proof...Can he do this?

I heard Audis' have a lot of electrical problems with them. I am not sure which one would be best. I was hoping to get some feedback from owners of these vehicles so I know what the cars like.

i have a contour. I went out to start up my car and the battery was dead, i got a jump and it work but it was still a weak start. Now, i noticed that my back brake lights wont cut off and dont know why.

i checked my emergency brakes and thats not up and my lights are not on. what is the problem??

If you were to claim a broken windshield or a hood replacement does the insurance company send someone to look at the car first then pay out to the body shop? I know for accidents they send out a adjuster but is it the same case with broken parts such as windshields, mirrors etc etc? Anyone know?

I have a 1977 Dodge B200 van. It runs great but whenever I'm slowing down to stop, somewhere between 2-5mph my van gets a little jump of power/acceleration. This happens EVERY time. It's not dangerous, but it is pretty annoying and I'd like to correct any problems with the vehicle.
I would prefer not to take it to a mechanic if it's just something to be done with the carb.

I am a car-hypochondriac (every little mistake I make, I worry it is bigger than it is, or that it will have lasting, damaging effects on my car). I just got a 1994 Golf, and I am still getting used to driving it around. Today I made a right turn a little too close, and the rear right wheel went over the curb a little.

The car doesn't wobble (that I can notice, it has racing springs and old struts so the ride is a bit bumpy), but the wheel is scraped on the lip and a small chunk of the tire is missing.

Has this done damage to the car at all, suspension, etc... or is this just a wheel problem. Also, even though I don't feel any difference in the ride (no wobble), has the wheel been damaged beyond my notice?

I just need some assurance that I didn't really screw up my car, and that this is just a teeny little scrape on the wheel.

I have witnessed and been in so many near misses with motorists who just pullin or out of roads without using there indicators.
I say to these people "when I get the chance" It is ok i suppose you know where you are going but the lights are to let other road users know.
You would fail your driving test "no questions asked if you did not use indicators, so why does the LAW allow no use of them in everyday road use?

on my 97 grand marque i think i have no oil presure. it makes a knocking sound on and off and my mechanic says it may be the oil pump. i havent changed the oil in a while can this cause it to be clogged? if i change the oil and oil filter can this solve the problem for a while? how safe is it to drive? can i do anything to make it more safe to drive till monday?

There was no difference in driving performance prior to problem. Someone stopped me and informed me my brakes were on fire and smoke started to pour out. I had new brake pads put on about 3 months ago, however I had noticed just recently that the brake dust on my rims looked pink instead of black.
