my moped barely starts and when it does dies.. need help to fix it!!

Sounds like bad gas or mix. Try a new mix and replace the plug.

Put Super unleaded in the tank.If it's a 2 stroke make sure your oil to gas ratio is right.. Empty out the old gas first and replace the spark plug.
To adjust the idle look for a screw on the carburetor with a spring on it. Basically watch your Carburetor when you twist on the grip You'll see what moves. The screw that the plate hits that rotates when you twist the grip is the adjustment screw. Turn the screw clockwise to increase idle,and counterclockwise to decrease. There is a possibility that you choke may be stuck closed also. Or your not using the choke when you start it.Put the choke full on, once started and warming up back off choke a little at A time till it's completely off and idling on it's own.

you have to much oil in your gas mixture. replace the fuel and spark plug.
