i filed with tax cut last night and got rejected. here is the problem

My fed wages (box 1 ) and my state wages dont match up.
My fed wages are EXACTLY $3900.77 LESS than state. 3900.77 is what i paid for my benefits. (which came on a separate w-2)
who do i talk to at work about this? i have never had this problem before. i usually love tax season. i am not going to an accountant.

The minimum California corporate tax is $800. I want to use the LLC for stock trading. If I have a bad year is there some way I can recover or cover this tax? Maybe with W2 income or property tax.

Can I claim exempt to federal tax withholding? I make about $50 a month, am living off of previous savings, and my parents are funding my education. I claimed it in 2006 because I was still dependent on them for most of the year. I moved into an apt in August. In 2005, I claimed "single" and got all of my withholding back.

I don't really understand what tax liability means if I am earning money but not much.

I received my 1098-T letter (mailed to me on 3/20/06) after I filed last year (2005), because the school included my Spring 2006 term on my 1098-T statement. (Apparently, that's how they do it.) As I prepare my taxes this year (2006) can I claim the tuition this year as I didn't claim it last year? I registered in 2005, but the classes started in January 2006...

Do I need to re-file last year's taxes with the updated amount? Or should I put the amount towards this year, and save the forms that say "Begins in 2006"? We are talking about 5K that I'd like to get some cash back for...

D) Extra depreciation due to the wreck?
E) Deductible paid to body shop but not re-imbursement from insurance company not received by the end of 06.
