Because I have been served for the company G4S for seven years, one month and twelve days. Because they said to me the company G4S that I am a misconduct means my attitude that's the reasons: Unjust termination all other provisions of the colllective agreement.

I am hoping to make a few extra bucks selling things on Ebay. If you have successfully made money on Ebay (and are willing to share your tips) what have you sold? Do you have any suggestions/advice for a newbie? The amount of info on Ebay in help topics and top selling items just seems endless so I thought I'd look for some personal opinions.

My very close friend owns a small business, and I work for her "under the table" a few days a week. She boasts about my work and relies on me to get things done that she doesn't have time to do herself. But she is paying me less than minimum wage. Her philosophy is that, since she doesn't deduct income taxes, paying less than minimum wage is OK.
I am a middle aged professional, and I know that my work is worth at least double what she is willing to pay. In her defense, there are other benefits to me - like not being obligated to work a set schedule. Also, I am sympathetic to the financial constrainsts of owning a small business. Because of this, I wouldn't expect her to pay me double, but even a dollar or two more per hour would be SOMETHING. Any suggestions?

I'm contemplating of renewing my license and doing real estate sales again because i've only made a few sales in the last 4 years. I can count them with my one hand. I realized that my biggest challenge was reaching out to people that have money! I know that having money doesn't always show on the outside, but I do know some people who are financially secure but I'm just cottonpickin' intimidated by them. I usually relate to middle class folks and have no problem approaching them.
How can I tackle this?

I am starting a new job on Monday. I was looking over the preemployment paperwork. I have to sign a document saying if I have a second job. I do contractual work which is not an every day job. I see people for psychotherapy and get paid per person. My new job is for a large health care system and will be working in a Hospice, not psychotherapy but will be doing some counseling. I don't want to lie, but I don't want any issues to arise as far as working for this company. I was already hired and received my offer letter.

First lets say you have $60,000, is there a way you can make $1000 each month in interest?? Second Is there a way you can keep your computer running all day and night and have it work for you making money on its own. I really need to make like $3000 each month and I don't want to create websites or do the stupid surveys. I know there are people out there who make a ton of money from the computer. I am not a 9 to 5 type of guy and I don't want to use my credit cards over scams that promise to make you money but don't deliver. I am have been living and working in Europe for 4 years but I still use my Massachusetts parents address for things like credit card bills and still have a mass. license. I need to form an LLC for my online marketing work. I want to form it in wyoming. If I did this would I need to do anything special (foreign entity fee) since I still might be considered a mass resident even though i will not be working from mass?

I am an ebay powerseller. I sell many namebrand clothing. Ebay has many times given me account violatoins for "unauthorized item" or "copyright infringement". My items are authentic and authorized but they will not listen to me. After the first violation, they have seemed to "flag" my account and give me violations for every possible thing they can think of. I am about to be suspended I think. I am working on opening up a new account but know they use software to find out people who do this. So far, I have opened up a new bank account in a different state (its just over the river) to register with ebay, and I went to the library to open up the new ebay account and paypal account. I have my name on the new ebay and paypal account, but a different state address. I also opened a new email account with yahoo to use too from the library. My question is , can I now come home and log into my new accounts with ebay and paypal from my computer without them tracing it? Any help?

I just bought a property that comes that comes with a Junkyard license. How profitable is junkyard business if I decide to make a good use of this? I have $200K set aside for this idea if the potential is good, not sure if that's enough to start.

I own a kid's party entertainment agency. The parent calls on the phone & we take a credit card deposit to hold their slot. Now, what is happening is that flakes are canceling at the last minute & when I say the deposit is nonrefundable (as we cleary state on our website and during the booking) they claim "you can't do that - I never signed anything" & threaten to dispute it with their credit cards. The typical advice I get is to deal with this is: "make them sign the contract" but they book at the last minute so there is no time for them to mail it & they say they dont know how to email it (or they forget). Making them drive in Houston to drop it off is not feasible (and I aint doing it either). Hounding them is going to drive them to my competition (some of whom dont require contracts). I have more good deals than bad, we're #1 in our market, so I wonder if I just have to accept the good with the bad? PS: Should I return the deposit or take my chances with the credit card companies?
