Because I have been served for the company G4S for seven years, one month and twelve days. Because they said to me the company G4S that I am a misconduct means my attitude that's the reasons: Unjust termination all other provisions of the colllective agreement.

You need to refer to your employee handbook to see what your company's policy is in regard to severance. Generally, if you are terminated due to your own misconduct, and not due to a company restructuring or layoffs, then you are not eligible for any benefits, and may not be eligible to receive unemployment benefits either.

Yes, but it entirely depends on the nature of the misconduct under which you've been fired. You could either approach any Labour Law Office and lodge complaint against your employer for the wrongful dismissal or any Legal Aid Lawyer to help you out in the case. You could easily win the case If your arguement is strong enough to prove yourself as a victim of unjust practice on part of your employer. Must fight for your right.

No idea what you are asking.

Not sure where you live, but in most states you can be fired with or without cause. If you got fired, they do not have to pay you anything except the oustanding paycheck they owe you.

Most companies don't do severence pay these days.
