I am have been living and working in Europe for 4 years but I still use my Massachusetts parents address for things like credit card bills and still have a mass. license. I need to form an LLC for my online marketing work. I want to form it in wyoming. If I did this would I need to do anything special (foreign entity fee) since I still might be considered a mass resident even though i will not be working from mass?

You can use any state you like, but you'll have to comply with that state's regulations. Most states require that you have a registered agent who is a resident of that state.

Delaware and Nevada are widely accepted as the most financially advantageous places to incorporate.
