I have a customer who does not want to pay even though the quality is above and beyond the contractual agreement. In order to do the work, I had to fulfill their portion of the contract as well. Now I'm stuck with material and labor costs.

This has been a dream of mine for a very long time. Although I want to gear it more so to Christian teens, all teens are welcome. The reason I wanted it to be for Christian teens is so they can have a place where they can go and hang out and have fun with friends in a safe and Christian enviorment, grab a lite snack, get some coffee or whatever, and maybe see local christian bands on the weekends. I want to serve our teens with the love of God.

I am 39 years old and fairly accomplished in the world of business. (meaning 3 major companies,3+ years each + B.S. Economics) My co-worker is an excellent engineer, but has no experience in administrative issues. After graduating college in 1967 he did a few short stints in "field service technical repairs etc". He never worked "inside" a real company. Has only negative viewpoints & considers "infrastructure" a dirty word. Doesn't understand "paperflow". I am trying to make a case that our company totally lacks infrastructure and a little bit could really go along way to improving procedures & morale.
I know its hard to believe, but there exists practically no "system" at all. People are stepping on each other at least 3 times a week: Confusions, chronic material shortages, Loads of time wasted in endless explanations & re-work. (just a short list)
Come on people! weigh in on this! What would you do? PS. running to the boss is not an option.

PS: How much money will I need for making a small smoothie stand in the mall?

I was wondering, since the recent change in the law, how do these poker clubs such as the gutshot in London make they're money now they can't make charges on players?
I understand that such clubs are now only allowed to charge membership fees, but on the websites of clubs i visited, it doesn't say anything about membership fees.
