A year ago, I closed my business and I'm now working full-time for a company.
My take home salary was reduced 50%.
Just a few weeks ago, my old business debts transferred over to my personal debt.
I used my credits to pay for the loans and increased my credit card debt.
I have Ameriprise and have annuity and a VUL with them which was set up long
before I knew any better.
My gut instinct is to cash these out and pay my credit card debts worth over 40k.
What do you think? comments and suggestions welcome.
thanks.

I got a membership with a health club. I had to close my debit card and one of my accounts and move due to a death in the family. Before I could contact and settle with the Health Club ABC Financial illegally aquired info on my new account and put me in the negative big time. Luck would be that my bank reiverced me and helped me file a fraud report.I have heard of this happening before with ABC Financial. I would like to know more and help bring these theves down if I can.

This seems to be asked a lot, but I want to put another thought into it: This isn't money dropped from the sky type. One of your close relatives that you highly respect turns out to be a secret and great investor. He/She passes away and shockingly leaves you and every member of his family one million dollars. This includes children, grandchildren, and funds reserved for anyone that wishes to go to any school they wish, enough to get their Doctrine! Also shockingly, his life appeared modest, almost poverty like. Now knowing this, what would you do with it? I ask this because there was an interesting article I read regarding baby boomer's that are leaving inheritances that may boost economy and wanted to know how people would react to such a scenario.

Our Company maintain checking account with two banks : Bank A and Bank B.
On the date of Balance sheet, Bank A has a debit balance of 1,00,000/- while Bank B shows a overdraft balance of 80,000/- (credit) in our books.
Can we not show net bank balance (Debit) Rs.20,000/- only in the balance sheet? Why?
Which principle of accounting prevents me from doing that?

Well im working for a walk-in medical clinic, file put-in stuff and imputting new patients on the computer. so basically the whole day i just walk around, doing pretty much nothing. Just sit on the computer the whole day. the negative side is i cant use the internet cause the administrator has access on it, but i could use some other computer that has access on the internet. LoL And i get paid per week on friday's. and plus working on Saturdays for cleaning up unused files and get paid under the table after that, on that very day on Saturday. Is $200-230 good enough? comment please.

I got a friend that does not believe in pay her bills. Usually her parents paid for everything. Since she moved out her parents make her pay her own bills, that she made some loans in her name. She does not believe in pay bills. She tried to avoid the bills correctors because she got a call ID. In addition, she would not answer their phone calls. Her bills have not paid for three months, and still are not intending to pay them. What will happen if she continues? Beside she would not have a good credit to borrow again. What could they do to her?

Earlier today, two women, saying they were with 'Dedicated, Too' ( http://www.dedicatedtoo.com/ ) knocked on my door and sold me some magazines. I'm a soft touch like that...

I wrote them a check for $32, which I thought was covering two one-year subscriptions.

Just a few minutes ago, they knocked on my door again. They said that the price for the two subscriptions was, actually, $132 (for two three-year subscriptions).

Well, I can't afford to spend $132 on magazines & told them that I did not want the subscriptions anymore. They asked if they could keep the check & use it as a donation to a woman's shelter.

Now, I kind of doubt that they're going to do that with the money, but figure they're down on their luck & I'll let them have the $32.
