Well im working for a walk-in medical clinic, file put-in stuff and imputting new patients on the computer. so basically the whole day i just walk around, doing pretty much nothing. Just sit on the computer the whole day. the negative side is i cant use the internet cause the administrator has access on it, but i could use some other computer that has access on the internet. LoL And i get paid per week on friday's. and plus working on Saturdays for cleaning up unused files and get paid under the table after that, on that very day on Saturday. Is $200-230 good enough? comment please.

You say you basically do "pretty much nothing" the whole day but walk around...you are 18 and in college...many students that age don't make more than, maybe, $180 a week and some of those jobs require much harder work than what you have described. Of course, it also would depend on the state in which you live.

Is it good enough? C'mon...do you *really* have to ask?

is this like a full-time job cos you say you're in college, so i gather that you're a part-time staff there. $200 per wk is good enough.

having to study and work at the same time, i only used to get around $130 per wk (one job). That is totally miserable when i am paying for the balance of my tuition fees (after obtaining a study loan) and i pay for my own stuff like books etc. No $ from my parents while studying. So i had to do two jobs to survive!

this amt is okay if your parents are also shouldering some of your expenses.

If you are working 40 hours a week, then this is minimum wage. Check around, you can make better elsewhere. However, you will probably have to work harder.

Waitstaff can easily bring in more than minimum wage. I remember when I was in college and I delivered pizza and make much better than minimum wage even after I paid for gas.
