They called me and said you can get 4,500 because your fall in a low income bracket, sounds like scam, they collect 359 for fees process and deposit. Anyone been bugged by this before seriously?

its a scam !!!! we go to http://www.ripoffreport.com/ . it is listed as a scam all over the US....hope this helps.

Yep. Go with your instinct on this one. It is a scam. If someone contacts you out of the blue and wants to give you money then it is a scam. It is especially a scam if they want you to pay an upfront fee.
However, I am curious. You say they called you. I have heard of these coming thru email, mail, and sometimes fax. I have never heard of someone calling people. The scammers must be getting desparate.

No honest company would collect $359 in fees. SCAM.
