Not sure where you got the idea that such a free ride exists, but I know of nowhere you can buy a house for $1.00 and then get money to repair it.

If such a website DOES exist, you can rest assured that it's a scam.

you can buy a cardboard for $.99 @ Dollar Magic i just don't think you'll get a loan to fix that up...
