Examples include: online banking, high interest savings & investments, purchase of loans/insurance, mortgage etc

How could these services be improved?

I'm currently with Washington Mutual. I thought about switching to Chase Banking, but I just heard they might not be that great of a bank. I know I don't want to go with Bank of America, and I'm not too crazy about Wells Fargo. What do you think?

i figure i am only 18 if i start now and start off at a reasonable price reaching this goal shouldn't be impossible. i know $50 a check isn't much but that is $200 a month. i like to give myself a little for back up so when i see i'm cutting it close i cut back on thing i know i don't really need. so i can soo the $50 going to $75 really soon plus if working extra hours i could act like they don't exist and just put the money strait over. i know this would take years and i mean years, but do you think it is possible? and if so do i have to invest it or can i keep it in a savings account? will they eventually start taking money from me if i'm not spending it? and if they do is that right since i've paid taxes on it already?

I know, Im beyond dumb. Getting myself into this much debt was a HUGE mistake & even worse I have nothing to show for it. But what do you think I should do. I make decent money, have $0 in savings & pretty much live paycheck to paycheck because of all of my monhtly payments. I need to buy a house in the next 2 years or so & want to get rid of a lot of this debt. All of my bills are paid on time, but between rent, car payments, utilities, phone etc. I can only make a little bit more than the minimum payments. Do you recommend a consolidation or debt management agency or keep doing what Im doing. I transfer balances to 0% apr as much as possible, but I still have a few with interest and I still $18,000 IN DEBT. I hate this dark cloud hanging over my head! I need help!!!

Recent law grad & recently unemployed for 8 months. I know loans are unaffected but I have probably $11-13K in other debts. It has been suggested I will be hit for 7 years either way, but with bankruptcy, the clock starts now vs. paying for 2-3 years...in MN if it matters.

I personally would rather earn it. If I won the lottery I would give most of it away. I would only keep enough to move to L.A. and start a career in acting. It's my dream. :)
