These messages come from places in Africa and they sound very pleading.The women want to go into business with you and be your woman.The amounts are huge like from 5 to 60 million dolars.I get requests like that every week.What is the catch?

I am refinancing my mortgage to consolidate debt. The current mortgate and HELOC are listed in the mortgage documents, but the other loans, ie credit cards, student loans are not listed and will be paid from the cash I receive at close.
Is the cash-out portion considered income that I will have to pay income tax on?

I have yet to file,but my income changed & i'm not sure if some of the original accounts will be considered payable by me.My attorney is wanting to discuss options & assess my financial situation,since i have not paid balance owed to them.1 account, a bank has put the most pressure, the others are credit card.Any help would be appreciated.

I am getting a check today, but I have no money in that account to cover it. If I deposit this check, can I take half of it today? I can't wait a week for this money, and I can't go to a check cashing place, cause its a personal check. thanks.

Gas prices are very high, but my daughter only gets paid every 2 weeks and the 1st week is not over yet and she has ran out of gas money. She works at Walmart and never has enough money to get her back and forth to work every week. How can I help her learn to budget? She has no bills other than a monthly car payment and insurance.

And is it comfortable for you? Have you cut costs elsewhere to be able to afford a bigger mortgage? Mine is 31%, meaning that much of my gross income goes directly to paying my mortgage.

The divorce settlement between these people allowed one spouse to keep their house, however the person is unable to refinance at this moment due to their current income. The spouse that left the home agreed to remain on the mortgage until the ex is able to refinance on her own. The spouse that left is in a relationship and would like to get married and buy a home with the new spouse. How would this affect the ability of the new couple to borrow money for a new home?

Which pension should I choose?

option 1 get $1700 monthly for life, stops at death
option 2 get $1625 monthly for life w/a 10yr guarantee. If I die b4 10 yrs, beneficiaries get balance.

If you had to come up with $8,000.00 in six months what would you do?
I have to come up with 8k more to pay for my lawyer, i have to give him 35k overall, 10k down payment, 20k bond, and 5k later, plus the 2k in my bank. I work at a hotel and get between 24 and 32 hours. I had a second job at a gas station, but was let go because i DID NO SELL TO A MINOR!!! I was suposed to get a $100.00 bonus on my check but instead i was fired! and the store manager got the reward! Anyways i was working both jobs 72.5 hours a week!!! Now im tring to find a mon - fri daytime job and work weekend nights at the hotel, at 7.50 and hour how long would it take me to get to 8k? I need it in 6 months!!! Any advice or feedback would be great, u can contact me on here via email or it would be great to chat on yahoo IM, Thanks......btw, i love this yahoo awnsers, it might be better than MYSPACE!!! But that is another story....

btw, i have no credit!
